Thank the Manager for making sure Francisco fixed our plumbing issue right away. Barack is the best ever!!! He is the owner who makes sure everything gets done right! He doesn't take any stuff from people too! He doesn't allow any drugs on the property! He chose a great new manager who will try his best to accommodate you! If your heater goes out; he will give you a heater!!! We lived there for two years, and just moved out into our own house! Thank you Barack for all you did for us while we were there. God bless you

Since my little family and I have stayed here before our apartment is ready, I must say the front office attendant, AJ, is helpful and always gets anything we need done, right away. We keep to ourselves mostly. Our AC went out and told AJ and He let Bharat, the owner know and they came up and fixed it right away! I have nothing bad to say. There are no bugs here either or We wouldn't be staying. Thank You to them for always being kind to my husband and daughter 🙂

I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean room, NO bedbugs or roaches, Wi-Fi, Cable with the most friendly, respectful, accommodating and courteous staff. My family and I have stayed at other motels in the lake county area and in my opinion America Suites is tops. Not to mention the location is perfect for shopping and leisure activities.

This place helped me in my hard time when I needed a place that except pets and didn't overcharge n had not even needed a deposit for my animal so if you need a cheap room accepts animal w no deposit and are left to be alone and not disappointed go here honestly cheapest room around and u get your own access to the room w your own door to come and go so THANKS SO MUCH AMERICAN INN I APPRECIATE ALL U DID

I usually don’t write a review but I will this time , since I been staying at this place awhile I just wanna say is pretty good place to check in or stay for couple of days the owners are great ppl and will work with you my room so far been great and with no problems good place to check it out
