Booked our Christmas travel to India with this Agency, we had issues in India due to my son's health and needed to make changes, I worked with Sangeetha and she really worked hard to get last minute changes, she even gave her WhatsApp contact for easy communication. Highly recommend this Agency for excellent customer service.

I had to fly India for a business meeting, I was searching fares and availability online, most of the flights with one stop were way expensive for business class. While searching on Bing I saw Ambi Travels ad, I called and talked to Sangeetha, she is great, she got me the flights I was looking for and better fare than online.

She even gave me local contact in India if any changes I can call her local agent in India. Though I never needed any changes in my return flights so I never contacted local contact, but it was nice to have.
I have given her Agency Name to my other colleagues in office

I found Ambi travels via Google and called their number. Spoke to a person named Sangeetha. She gave me her email address and asked to send details which I did immediately. After that I never heard back from Sangeetha. I called her and left a voicemail which also went unanswered. Sent her a follow-up email which also went unanswered. Finally I gave up and used Bay Area Travels and had an excellent experience and my travel was all booked in less than 24 hrs. Worst Customer Satisfaction ever with Ambi travels. I don’t recommend using them to anyone.

My mom is a US citizen and all our visas were canceled due to covid. My Nani got admitted in the hospital and Sangeeta walked us through the process (we got our emergency visa in one day) even though she is in ticketing and not a visa agency. Funny thing non of the visa agencies could get us a emergency visa in less than 3-4 days. Off course then we were trying to find tickets online for a quick one way flight to bombay the same day and none were less than 36-40 hours with horrible layovers. She found/reserved tickets via Delhi for under 26hrs of total travel time. Then called us and told us she rerouted to save 2 more hours on layover, so now 24hrs total flight time. All this while we were trying to find a way to send her money since we are from Utah and don’t bank with the same banks her company does. Finally Venmo to the rescue !! But again excellent service and 11 starts in my book !!!

I had booked my Parents tickets from Chennai to San Francisco for this summer to come visit us from AmbiTravels, but due to Covid-19, had to cancel travel plans, contacted Sangeetha, she worked with Airlines and got us full refund. Very happy with the service and will definitely book again once Covid pandemic is behind us.
