Adam was amazing! He was very responsive to every question. He worked with us to make sure we were able to fly during our 3 day trip to Huntsville, including being agreeable to move our flight up so the weather was better. This was our first time on a hot air balloon and it was a great excursion. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, when I emailed them to try and schedule a Valentine's Day balloon ride, I was informed that they are currently not doing rides and or were full. However, they were kind enough to reply to my email and even offered to help schedule through another company.
