Very disappointed in Troy location.
1. Service was mediocre at best
2. Food took over 40 minutes to arrive and then only after asking server where our food was
3. After getting food the fries were cold and burgers hardly warm
I’ve eaten at Tuscaloosa location and had none of these problems. I don't normally write negative reviews but I felt it was warranted in this case.
It was $65 totally wasted !

Today, our group of 8 regulars visited our Montgomery favorite. Leslie...one of the Management Staff..was called to duty as our bartender...and ..wow..did she do a great job! Kudos to her!!!

This was at Bent Creek in Auburn Al.
I wanted to try their Etouffee also wanted to try the Wing snack with no sides just wings. The Etouffee came out first at room temp I sent it back it came back microwaved but it was hot and good. The 4 wings came out over cooked and dry and just had Cajun seasoning on one side of the wings. The bathroom had standing water by the urinals. My waitress there was Kaleigh she did a very good job. My bill ending up being over $22.00 + tip for small bowl and 4 dried out wings.

Baumhowers has gone down tremendously! The food comes out lukewarm and looks like it was thrown together by kindergartners….and don’t even mention the service!! I sent back cold boneless wings and it was replaced with cold boneless wings & steaming hot fries 😂 AS IF NOBODY WOULD NOTICE LOL!! I had to go over to the bar for utensils cause my waiter forgot to come back to our table, but I’m sure he was busy (I guess). The wing prices have gone up 25% but the service & food have gone down 90%. The restroom is always filthy, so don’t drink too much and have to go in there. They rarely even have popcorn anymore, I guess they don’t want to waste a kernel of money 😂😂
