We absolutely loved staying here for a week! It was super clean & quiet. The pool was clean as well. We had everything we needed and more. Ms. Rahachel at the front greeted us with a smile every night and took the time to talk to my daughter like family! Everyone was very kind up front to be honest. Such great customer care. I was reluctant booking a week somewhere unknown out of state but glad I went with my gut. I’m so glad we did:) thank you!!

This was our third stay here. As usual the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. But the highlight was Myra who is the bartender. We had a couple drinks and really enjoyed a wonderful conversation with her. She is sweet, sincere and very professional. A lot of fun to hang out with. She deserves a raise!

Nice location near a mall, had a bar and food for order, breakfast and a coffee station in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. I enjoyed my stay. EDIT: Dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars. Reviewing my credit card, I was double charged for my stay. It was a prepay, which I did. Then when I checked out, I was charged again. Make sure to check your charges. Now I have to call to deal with this....Ugg!

Had a wonderful time last night at Aloft. Rachel was so professional and kind to us at check-in and when we needed something! And later in the evening, we had an amazingly fun time with Ricardo at the bar! He was also unbelievably professional, especially when some nasty customers were at the bar he handled the situation when absolute grace! Well done, Aloft! Emily and Anthony

Aloft Bolingbrook is a modern hotel that, while still fairly updated, shows signs of its age and wear. When we visited, the hotel was undergoing construction, which added to the sense that its prime may have been in the early 2010s. Issues like peeling paint, aging furniture, and a general feeling of neglect were noticeable throughout the property.

On the positive side, the hotel offered room service, which was a nice touch and added convenience to our stay. The rooms themselves are comfortable, featuring mini-fridges, but the lack of microwaves was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests looking to reheat leftovers.

Overall, Aloft Bolingbrook is a decent option if you’re looking for a reasonably modern place to stay, but some updates and better maintenance could go a long way in restoring its charm and appeal.

I did not like this place, the bathroom door was a horrible sliding door and the transparent window in the shower is not cute. The cow print art and decor in general was tacky. The bed could’ve been better it was very low and not many sheets. And the thing I hated the most was the fact that there is no microwave in the rooms. I had called the front desk to have one in the room, (I stayed here for 4 days) and they said they could not provide one and id have to go all the way back down to the front desk in order to use one. My room was ridiculously far, this building does not have enough elevators. I just wanted to eat my food hot in my room in peace but with the only microwave in the building to be this far, my food would’ve gotten cold walking back to my room. On top of that this place was pricey and displayed as a cool tech hotel but was really not. I will not be coming here again, very disappointing experience, don’t recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for business and it’s perfect for the modern day business traveler. The live music and great bar (led by Christina) really sets it apart. Clean rooms, good price, and attentive staff.

I’ve been coming to the aloft for about 5 years. I am a local that enjoys the location, the ambiance, the hotel bar, but above all the service and the musicians. Christina is usually behind the bar and she is friendly, prompt and knows how to make a good drink. I have also met Myra who is just as sweet. I love the bar and lounge area. They have a pool table and a food menu. I love to come on Tuesdays there is an amazing singer Dina who plays the piano and really interacts with the audience which is always nice and makes my stay that much more enjoyable. I’ve spent a couple new years here and the rooms are cozy. There is also a mall across the street which is nice so you can do your shopping and grab dinner locally and head back to hangout in the lobby. 10/10 aloft Bolingbrook!!!
