They don't even deserve 1 star . Worst bus company ever. The driver left my 6 yr old outside . Not the first incident with them. Now it's the icing on the cake. Never ever again will put my kids on there bus. The phone representative very unprofessional.

Horrible the driver missed my kids bus stop twice in the morning and 3 times after school even though my son informed him to stop I had to track down the bus to find my kids. They were the only 2 left on the bus when they were supposed to be dropped off first. Do they even screen the drivers

Stopping every half block to let one kid off is ridiculous, your system is flawed, your drivers are terrible lazy gum chewing idiots. Do you have routes and pick up times right? Because Iโ€™ve seen the schedule and location for designated drop off points that you guys clearly donโ€™t follow. Youโ€™re an awful transportation company.

The original bus route schedule with pickup times mean nothing to this company. The bus drivers can change the times without notifications to parents and get it approved by management when a complaint is made to the company. Our bus driver now constantly shows up 5 minutes before the โ€œnewโ€ pickup time. If at all possible, drop your kids off at school, your children will thank you.

This is one of the worst bus companies there is. They do not care about the kids other than the profit it brings them. They have a policy that states a child can walk up to half a mile for the bus. This policy applies to autistic children and children under the age of ten. This policy applies in all districts and schools that all star services. Furthermore the school districts have allowed this policy to be put in place. This apparently is what progression in society looks like!

Called to complain about an issue with a new bus driver and the person that picked up the phone was so rude.
I called again to speak to a manager and she was really good and did listen to my concerns.

EDIT 2: It was a student on the bus that caused me to not get picked up.

EDIT: apparently the substitute driver IGNORED the instructions to wait for my shuttle bus to arrive.

Whenever there is a substitute driver I don't get picked up in the afternoon. I am placed on a shuttle bus and picked up at the high school. The substitute is not given instructions to wait for the shuttles and are given outdated routes. This happens every time my regular driver is sick.

My grandsons first day of school and it was a nightmare, my grandsons are twins and autistic. During the summer the family moved and for whatever reason the district had the correct address for one but not the other, so onto the nightmare... Dad was at the school to pick them up and only one was delivered to him the other one was put on a bus but no one seemed to know what bus, rightfully so everyone everyone ( me, dad and mom, step mom, other grandmother, great grandmother) were panicking. Mom called the bus company and it didnt seem to be a concern to them, now I am a manager at another school bus company and understand what the first few days, weeks can be hectic to say the least. My daughter called me in tears and I calmed her down initially but after 30/45 minutes I called the bus company myself. After the phone being busy for a minimum of 25 calls someone (dispatcher) answered. I stated who I was and what I wanted and the response from the DISPATCHER was " Jesus Christ I didnt put him on the wrong bus" I was dumbfounded by this response initially BUT then I told her I was calling the police and channel 3 news. Which I did, an hour an a half later my grandson was found he had been dropped off at another school. The police had to go to the other school to assure he was unharmed. Now I am not upset that a mistake happened i am extremely upset with the response from the dispatcher AND the fact that it took the school bus company and hour and a half to find a student. This dispatcher SHOULD NOT BE A DISPATCHER. This was reported to the BOE but I garuntee nothing will happen.
