Horrible company with atrocious service! I had the worst flying experience of my life with Allegiant. After arriving to the airport 2 hours early there was not a single staff to help me with problems with their website checkin. After waiting for an hour, asking tsa, security, and baggage for anyone to help me, they informed me I would not be allowed on my flight. I pressed for a refund and never received one. I highly suggest avoiding allegiant and choosing a different airline unless you would like to risk not flying to your next destination and losing hundreds of dollars!

Such a great airline, not crazy busy, small and calm compared to larger airlines. Parking is great, plenty of handicap parking, easy directions for arriving/departing. Very clean!

The worst customer support team i have ever had to deal with. Been trying for 3 hours to purchase tickets to get to my fathers funeral, everytime i try to purcahse the tickets i get kicked out and makes me start over. In which the tickets are twice the price. Happened twice before i finally called customer support. Was offered help, and then someone else took over the call, knew nothing about why i was on the phone, could barely understand him due to the mumbling, was told there was nothing they could do. Was told to call back in 10 minutes, then 30, then an hour. Staff was very rude, and unhelpful.

Allegiant offers some convenient flights to smaller airports. Some airports deplane with portable steps and a walk across the tarmac and other airports link to the main terminal. We have flown several times without any problems.

Terrible. Canceled our flight at the last minute costing us hundreds of dollars we won't get back. Then flippant and rude to boot. It was a first and a last and you certainly get what you pay for. A picture of my 4 year old upset because they announced there was no plane then told all of us to get out because they were shutting to the whole top level down. Super unprofessional and they refuse to reimburse in any way.
