No frills budget airline with cheap flights to Vegas. Staff and flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Seating is very cramped, more so than Southwest Airlines. The Stockton airport is limited, so Allegiant agents didn’t open ticket counter until 2 hours before flight. Snacks and beverages are sold during flight. Just wish more daily flights and destinations were offered.

Such a ghetto airline for such a ghetto city. Their wifi ALWAYS shuts down, leaving everyone late by an hour, if not more. They only leave on Mondays and Fridays, and if you want to drink something on the plane, you have to pay $5 for a single can of Coke. Save yourself the energy and just go to Oakland or SF. This is the 4th time I've been 2+ hours late because of this airline.

It takes 7 1/2 hours to drive to Vegas from Stockton by car, but Allegiant Airlines could get you there in 1 hour and 10 minutes, that is after sitting at the airport for 6 to 7 hours waiting for them to decide when it’s time to depart cause they don’t care if you’re scheduled departure was changed or moved up due to their incompetence. Either drive or fly out of Sacramento, your better off. Worst airline in the world, shame on them…

We were told at first that the flight will take off. After 6 hours of sitting. We were told they were working on the engines. Both engines. After that we were told to go home. Then we returned at 12 for the next day flight and the boarding time passed as the flight crew came off we were told they were getting another plane. The plane is coming from Vegas
We were told a wait time of 5-10 hours.
All this information was solicited. Every person had to go to the counter. No communication.

Just spent 30 minutes on hold, after the 4 minutes of recordings about air travel. Well when the phone finally rang there was a recording of a lady constantly repeating," hello caller are you there." This happened maybe around 10 times, then gave me a number to call back and hung up. Really I'm an adult (40 years old) and I know how to use a phone. I know that it was a recording because every time I have called before the first words are "hello welcome to allegiant air what is your name?" Not something like "hello caller are you there?" Constantly. I've had good service through them in the past but tonight was not good. This was a waste of my life to call this number. Fix this or I will keep bad reviews. This was worse than ATT&T and that review was even worse.
