I have used All World Travel, Kristie Burke for several years. I really appreciate the attention to detail on travel itineraries… My husband and I just got back from Greece…. Kristie put together an itinerary that was absolutely perfect, for us!

It was a pleasure working with Garret, AWT agent in arranging our travel plans to San Diego, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and very personable.

Hotel accommodations were excellent and conveniently located. His recommendation for the walking Wine Tour in Little Italy, San Diego was spot on - we absolutely loved it!

Activities and lodging arranged in Las Vegas did not disappoint. We especially appreciated reservations made for us at the Jasmine restaurant inside the Bellagio with a spectacular fountain view and the food was superb!

Looking forward to working with AWT again in planning our next adventure!

I've used AWT several times for family trips and it's always been a great experience. Kristie Burke is amazing to work with. She booked a trip to Iceland for my entire family which included my husband, our 2 teenager's, my in-laws, and my sister in-law. Iceland was truly the trip of a lifetime. She also booked an incredible trip to Peru and Machu Picchu for us. Both of those trips were done through National Geographic and were absolutely phenomenal. I decided last minuet to go to Costa Rica next month for my 50th Birthday and the kids Spring Break. Kristie put the entire trip together for me in about 2 hours. I can always count on AWT for my travel needs.

Just tried to call to discuss a corporate booking opportunity. First thing, they hung up on me and didn't apologize - then when I started describing what we were looking for, was told how it won't work, etc. Well, we've done these trips before and all of our competitors do it the same way so either we're all wrong - or All World Travel didn't want our business. I hung up - there are others out there who are friendly and will work within the parameters.

Poor customer service, sloppy work and incompetency combined make this place a no-go. Even something as simple as a plane ticket required multiple revisions and still was not fixed at the time of travel. Agency was deaf to complaints and was not even willing to pay back the service fee. Definitely would not recommend.
