We paid Jean Paugh, the owner, for our transfer to/from our Rome hotel. No one greeted us at the airport and we were terrified. She was defensive, never apologized and only reluctantly paid us back for the transfer.

Jean Paugh owner is experienced travel agent and gives personal attention to each client. Takes as much time as needed to make each trip personal and goes the extra mile when accompanying group. Have traveled with her several times and felt safe and any suggestions included if possible. Each group is treated as family and more enjoyable than anticipated. My expectations are high and she surpasses them each time. Many of my trips have been solo within her tours and she always checks on each of us . Personal attention is the background of her business and never disappoints.

This was probably the most disorganized day trip I have ever encounter. We were going on a bus/boat tour to tarpon springs. First the date was changed and not everyone was notified. Second the initial pick up time was 7:30 am, we got a call saying time had changed to 7:15, the bus didn’t show up till 7:45. The restaurant we went to was mediocre with cold soup. We then had two plus hours to shop. When we finally got to the boats there was one larger and one smaller. The larger boat went to an island to look for shells. The smaller boat was not able to go to the island because of the winds. We all paid for the same trip but did not get the same trip. The boat had a bathroom but we were told not to put anything in the toilet including toilet paper and it was only to be used in an emergency, it was not a clean or well maintained boat. We were supposed to return back to our pickup point at 7pm, but we did not return until closer to 9 pm. I will never go on a trip with this company again. The main reason for myself and my friends was to go shelling on an island which we never got to do.

I have never been a person to use a travel agency and this just proves why. If you are capable of looking up airline tickets online and buying them on your own then save your money and do it. The only thing I was actually happy about was that Barb seemed to be able to hook us up with some parking coupons. It should have saved us roughly $30-35(times 2 as we were using the coupons in 2 different cities.) When it came time to leave the parking lot after our vacation we handed everything over only to be told our coupons were expired. The same woman who booked our airline tickets as well as our rental car is the one who sent these coupons. How could she not know our dates of travel? When we got home I shot her an email to see if they'd be willing to make this issue right only to be told "I asked Jean (the owner) about this and she said no to a refund since expiration date was on coupon." She made $100 for emailing me and booking 5 airline tickets and 1 rental car. Something anyone who can use a computer could have done in under 30 minutes.

it...five stars! Looking forward to the next one.

To elaborate - Georgette provided comprehensive information to select the excursions before even boarding. Everything was handled, we didn't have to listen spiels, we didn't have to stand in cruise on-board booking lines, we just had to meet and go. She makes it look easy, and that is to her credit.

I booked a cruise on Carnival for 4 of us 01/25/15. Jene made our trip worrie free. Yes you can book a trip on your own but why. It was like have your own conseir. I have a second cruise booked for June with her. It doesn't cost any extra to use an agent. They have the customers interest always at heart.
