I will never rent a hotel room again as long as this condo is available. It is right across the street from the west side of the University and right near shopping, dining and grocery stores. The condo is better priced than hotels and much cleaner and more convenient. The place was fully stocked with towels, linens, utensils and all amenities. It is a stone's throw from the pool and the owner was available by phone and email to immediately answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this place!

The place is well located, very safe and has all of the utensils, equipment and furniture you need for some days or weeks in Gainesville... whenever we need a longer stay in town we will prefer to use that house than any hotel in the area.
