If you do sign the waiver online before going in it makes it faster. Also the wait for getting tickets wasn't long. You can choose to buy them ahead but I choose not to since I wasn't sure what time I was going to be there. Very friendly workers who make sure they are doing their jobs correctly. I like how they do have someone walking the floor to check if everyone is being safe. There are lots of fun things to choose from.

Took my 10 year old and four teens here. Kids and big kids will love it. I was so impressed by how clean and well organized Airtopia was. There were hand sanitizer stations throughout. The staff were all very friendly. My kids had a great time, they jumped and played for 2 hours. They got a workout while having so much fun. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing!!! Definitely much needed in Hemet, it’s so worth it. This is my first time here, and my kids and grandkids were in love. ♥️. A must try for the kiddos!

A well needed place for the city of Hemet! It's worth to get the membership. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly.
It is fun for the whole family to enjoy! No more long drives for family fun in this city. I highly recommend everyone to come over and enjoy this place!
By the way, you can bring your own socks... obviously safety first.

Family friendly and has huge clearing for walking groups or non participant parents. Recommend signing waivers online before arriving to cut your wait time drastically.

Airtopia does not have lockers. One has to wear one's valuables or leave them in one's car. They have Cubbies for your shoes which I love.

They have a fun soft play for children under 42 inches. Sectioned off from the other soft play area.

4 different areas for different age groups. Fun for all ages.

Extremely Disappointed – Waste of Time and Money

The place itself was decent, but if you’re thinking of playing the arcade, don’t waste your money. I won 1700 tickets from the Angry Birds game, but for some reason, they never transferred to my card. When I went to the counter, the staff said it didn’t show up and told me to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting, still nothing.

They called the manager, who didn’t believe me and had to walk all the way to the machine. Even though one of the workers confirmed that I won (since they were the one that set up the towers), the manager still refused to give me the tickets and offered only 200 credits to play the SAME GAME again. Seriously? We were on our way out, and you want me to waste more time on a game that didn’t even register my win the first time?

I wasted 30 minutes waiting, only to be brushed off and offered a ridiculous "solution." The arcade is a total rip-off, and the management (asian lady) is unprofessional. This was a one-time visit for me, and I won’t be coming back. The rest of the place might be fine, but the arcade is not worth your time or money.
