This Air b n b is in the New Haven area and close to a substation. Host highlights it is near Yale. It is a great location. To be transparent it is in an area undergoing gentrification.
I attempted to cancel after finding out the address ( within a couple hours of booking). It is not appropriate for families. Host refused despite feeling unsafe.
Clean and spacious by Yale and convenient location.
Street parking .

The neighborhood has a sub police station. This is clearly related to the activity in close proximity. There's a package store and housing projects around the area. There are folks who hang on corner. If you are not familiar with an area like this , do not book. I would not allow my Grandchildren to play outside.
Way overpriced.
You can tell this air b n b was put together quickly. Blinds in living room missing. One floor AC unit installed in main area. Requested for more AC , never recieved ..Had to sleep with doors open to stay cool. Back room was not cooled.
one tv in living room. none in bedrooms. Towels were not of quality. No washer or dryer. No dishwasher. Very small dining table with two chairs.
Paid about 950 for three days.

Air B n B was very responsive to any concerns I had . They ensured any concern was addressed and made it right.
