Called and the guy was very nice, polite, and helpful. He gave me all the info I needed. I also went in person to their Diversey location and the girl was really helpful too and gave me the info that the flight date had changed. It had been changed without me knowing and she gave me the option to keep it or change it without any fee.

By far, the worst agency in existence! My mother had a horrendous experience with this agency while trying to purchase a flight ticket. Lucy didn’t assure the ticket was synchronized, so she called to obtain a refund. After a few weeks she was given the run around. Ruby advised my mother that Benjamin was bothered because of her Google review. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Benjamin would not allow my mother to speak; he was continuously interrupting her. No action was taken by this agency until her credit card company interfered. Of course, the employees are quick to blame someone else for the agency’s mistakes. DO NOT recommend this place at all! Save yourself the hassle!

I called Agencia Latinos Travel for a one way ticket from Aguascalientes to Chicago and Benjamin gave me a response right away with prices and even offered me a better price than other sites I had been looking at. Benjamin made the process simple and quick. I will make sure I will call then again when I need airline tickets in the future.

This place is horrible!! Don’t go here for flights, my mom booked a flight through them with someone over the phone and payed and when we went to pick up the ticket It was to the wrong destination and when asked for assistance they said no they wouldn’t help and wouldn’t help to find another flight. The lady was rude and nasty attitude. Don’t recommend unless you want your money stolen.

The wost customer service ever , I had called the travel agency many times to get tickets and they do not return my calls. I asked for a couple tickets and they do not bother in looking for deals. My husband called two times as well last week and he still waiting for them to call him back.
