Cheyenne and Reyna were amazing to have as our zip lining tour guides. They made our zip lining adventure so much fun and we all felt very safe. They were great at communicating and getting the job done. I would definitely do a ride with them again. They informed us every step of the way on what was expected of us for each zip line. They had the whole group laughing and having fun by the end of our trip. It was a hot day and they had water stations at some of the stops towards the end which was nice and refreshing. They have bug spray at check in for you to use and a water station before you start your zip. 10/10

Side note: There was a girl within our group that wasn’t with us that definitely should have been weighed prior to taking the course as I feel she was pushing over the 250lbs limit and made it a bit unsafe for our girls to deal with. At most zip lining courses we do around the country each person must weigh their self and have an attendant write it down to confirm they are not above that 250lbs mark for the safety of everyone. They need to be doing this here 100% before a lawsuit occurs. This is neither Cheyenne or Reyna’s job but the job of the person who booked them prior to starting the course.

There is no word other than WOW! Christian and Keyley we're our guides and I must say were GREAT! Our whole group had the best time and as for me and my two girls we will definitely be back! The tour is set in a beautifully wooded area, crossing creeks and gorges. All of the equipment was of excellent quality! The guides were both very experienced and helpful in any way needed and also very comfortable ensuring these kiddos had a blast. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

PJ and Avery were great guides our ziplining adventure today!

The facility was clean, organized, and staff was friendly.

We were on vacation and were looking for Ziplining in Hot Springs Arkansas, and were happy with our experience.

For 7 of us, 3 kids and 4 adults, the cost was $479.43 and included 10 zip lines.

The course was easy to walk.

If I had to make a critique, I’d recommend that some of the landing zones had better grading of the transitions from dirt to wood platform as there was a lip on a couple of them and I whacked my foot on one of the lips. There were also some roots here and there that could be trimmed to remove a couple trippers.

Aiden and Tanner gave my husband and i the best tour we could've imagined. We visited at the end of the busy season so it was just us, and surprisingly they kept the energy up and fun throughout the entire thing. Since it was our first time zip-lining we were a little skeptical/nervous. Our guides made us feel safe and secure the whole time and explained each line as we approached. Couldn't have asked for better guides or a better tour!! It was definitely worth every penny.

10/10 recommend going! Loads of fun starting our trip off with great views, lots of laughs, and a great price for the all we did! BEST PART….(drum roll) our amazing and wonderful guides. Ruby and “My best friend” PJ were top notch! We were always safe, gave excellent tips to help us, and made it the most fun! They definitely added to our experience !!!

My friends and I had a girls trip to Hot Springs and we decided to go zip-lining last minute. We had Maddox and Christian as our guides and it was so much fun! They were lively, funny and so sweet. I enjoyed them showing off their skills, too. The group we ended up with made it awesome as well. There were 10 courses and we liked how they were all different as far as height and length. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience with tour guides brett and ruby! So much fun even coming in not knowing everyone! Course was not too advanced but definitely was a great time. I went with my boyfriend and we both left very pleased. Brett even took our photo!

We did the zip line tour today and had a blast! Key and Nadia were so kind and did a great job of explaining what to do. They were funny and entertaining while also being very professional and taking good care of us. We did ten zip lines of different heights and lengths. It was hot but they provided cold water at a few locations.
