I hiked Wallace Falls on 11/8/24 during my first trip to Seattle from Florida, and it was an unforgettable experience! Despite booking last minute due to a tight schedule, Adventures in Seattle was incredibly accommodating.

The service was seamless—I was picked up promptly at my hotel, and from the start, I knew I was in great hands. My guide, Sophia, was absolutely phenomenal. Her deep knowledge of the hike, the terrain, and the forest's history was impressive, but it was her passion for nature, animals, and even mushrooms that truly made the experience special. Her enthusiasm is contagious and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the adventure.

The views on the hike were breathtaking, and the entire experience was well-organized and enriching. If you're debating which group to book with, I highly recommend Adventures in Seattle. The expertise and enthusiasm of Sophia and her team are worth every penny.

Sophia answered the phone and had me booked the next day with Josh. Picked me up from where I was staying, nnot having to drive was a big selling point for me. Trip to Rainier was amazing, veiws were stunning, Josh had so much information about the region to share and took a bunch of fantastic pictures.
Seeing the pictures after the trip, I never needed to take out my phone. Great wildlife sightings too!

This was our very first snowshoeing experience, and it was a lot of fun! Our guide Josh was helpful on instructing how to setup our equipment and how to walk through the snowy terrain. He was very informative about the areas, fauna, and flora along the way. He was also very easy going! I also would recommend taking the gondola for the views on top of Crystal Mountain. Strongly recommend taking their guided tour!

I went on a tour with Josh, who was such a great guide. Josh's high level of knowledge and excitement towards the flora, fauna, and landscapes is absolutely infectious. I learned a lot on the tour and saw incredibly beautiful parts of Washington. The pickup, dropoff, and general logistics were super smooth.

The tour was slightly flexible to meet our needs and maximize our experience (e.g. we stopped by the side of the road to look at a herd of elk!).

The hike itself was very manageable was able to set us up for a great lookout for lunch. And the sandwich we picked up from the grocery was delish! As a whole, it was well well worth it.

Absolutely wonderful group of people to do this with! So unbelievably happy I came across them when I was planning our trip. Great communication throughout the entire process. Our guide, Josh, was very personable and knowledgeable. I loved all the information - historical, geological, and biological - that he provided during the trip from the time he picked us up. (Because if you're like me, curious minds want to know.)
We did the Burroughs trail. The hike is amazing, with breathtaking views of Mount Rainier. The sun and heat that day made the hike more challenging for me, as my body doesn't deal well with either, but Josh was patient and I was never made to feel like a burden. And the challenge made the reward all that more amazing.
The stop for ice cream after was the perfect finishing touch! (If you need an extra energy boost after the hike, the ice cream store also makes a tasty NA red bull spritzer.)
As someone who travels a lot, it's not often you find a business where your experience is flawless from start to finish. Thanks for making one of my bucket list ✔️ one of my all-time favorite hikes!

Highly recommend Sophia and her team to guide around Mr Rainier. Seamless to organise, transport and equipment supplied if needed, knowledgeable about the region but most importantly fun to be with for the day. Mt Rainier was incredible and the highlight of my trip to Seattle. The Burroughs trail is well maintained and the distance can be adjusted, but we walked for the views and it was very manageable. What a great day.

Fantastic hiking tour in Mount Rainier National Park. Our guide, Josh, was really friendly and informative. He picked us up from our apartment, got us lunch, and drove us around all day as well as being our guide for the entire hike, providing valuable information about the wildlife and glaciers! He was accommodating to adjust the hike based on weather on the mountain, we had a wonderful 8+ mile hike with alpine lakes, glacial views, wildflowers, a sunny Mount Rainier and ice cream at the end! We had a great time, well worth it, and would definitely trek with Adventures in Seattle again in the future!
