I had the pleasure of working with Matt on a cruise to Antarctica. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. His attention to detail and prompt responses made planning my trip so easy!

The cruise was nothing short of incredible! From the breathtaking icebergs, penguins, every day felt like a new adventure! Unlike other travel agents, Matt was accessible on the whole trip. He even spent most evenings hanging out with us!

I attended the Antarctica trip that Matt helped put together in Feb 2024. He communicated well at first but then was much more difficult to get in touch with. It took sending at least 2 emails each time in order to get a response from him. He was delayed in getting our medical forms and itinerary information to us; we only had 10 days to get our medical forms sent in and our itinerary a week before we left. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel comfortable with his lack of communication and the delayed and sometimes incorrect information. My room got mixed up with another’s and he did not catch it or let the other room know their’s was not correct. He actively avoided the rest of the group on the trip and it was awkward being around him; most people were very frustrated by him at that point for their own similar reasons. Our other group leaders basically took control of the situation and were able to keep things moving along, both before and during the trip.

Adventures by Matt is great travel advisor to work with. Matt created a full itinerary for me and my boyfriend for our trip to Alaska. All we had to do was book the flights and make it to the first destination.

We will definitely be using him again to book our next big trip. Thanks for such an amazing trip!!
