I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about Ellen! She has been very attentive to our needs. We were referred to her by a friend. When we first contacted her, she asked pointed questions that helped guide us into choosing the best package and options that fit our desires and budget. She is very detailed oriented and makes sure everything is done. She also has provided a lot of "insider information" and tips for making the most of our trip. What amazing Alaskan cruise with 7 of my childhood friends. Ellen was wonderful. She was so helpful with explaining the cruise packages, room locations and excursions. I emailed her multiple times at all hours of the day and she was very responsive even when she was on vacation. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.

So very happy getting acquainted with the Hawaiian Islands through Norwegian's Pride of America. We arrived in Honolulu in time to eat at Fete Hawaii Restaurant. Fabulous food. Make a reservation. The next day we visited the Pearl Harbor Memorial. Then on to the ship. We unpacked once and enjoyed Maui for 2 days, Kona and Hilo for 1 day each and Kauai for 2 days. Food onboard was very good. We chose to go to the restarants where you are seated and served your meal. No reservations needed. Other options are available. That's the beauty of sailing on Pride of America. You choose!
In Maui we enjoyed Ocean Center(great restaurant on the premises). Our favorite tour that Ellen recommended on Kona; visiting a coffee farm, historical sites including "Painted Church" and getting to see a couple of Green Sea Turtles. Our guide also took us to one of his favorite eating spots where we could purchase a wonderful lunch. On Hilo we delighted in Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens. A wondrous place indeed. We took Lyft or Uber everywhere. Great way to get around.
Ellen was so helpful. I really loved the travel booklet that she gave us with ALL the details of our trip! Everything there in one place. I referred to it often and made notes while talking to a Hilo resident on our flight to Honolulu. We have so many wonderful memories. Thanks Ellen!!!
