Don’t do business with these people, you’ll regret it. I’m local and will be sure to never return. But don’t just take my word for it: filter reviews by “lowest” and you’ll see all the complaints. My party of four rented 2 waverunners for 2 hours each, totaling over $500. Even though the company got us out on the water over 30 minutes late, when one of the waverunners returned 15 minutes late (for good reason) both owners made a spectacle demanding compensation (interrupting, ganging up, raising their voices, and eventually I responded in kind). In the end, the owners said they wouldn’t charge me, but I woke up today to find a $1,000 charge on my credit card. I guess this is why God made small claims court, and why you shouldn’t do business with these people.

For those interested, when I returned to the dock, I realized we had lost a dry bag that contained our car keys, my girlfriend’s cell phone, and shoes. I did another lap around the bay and returned 15 minutes late. In the end, we did miraculously get the bag back after receiving a phone call from the police, but it was little solace for having a fun day ruined by the owners.

The boat was clean and easy to operate, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There were ample lifejackets for the kids. We had a blast tubing and exploring the bay. It was an A+ experience.

Probably the best boat rental company I have rented from. They were very accommodating of our special needs. They provide thorough safety training for all boat drivers. They even allow you to extend your rental without returning to the dock without an exuberant late fee. The boat we rented was very clean and in good shape. I will definitely be back.

5 star experience! It was super easy to book a same-day rental online through their website. I was able to park right next to their building, might not of been typical so I would still plan extra time just in case. The gentlemen helping us at the counter was very attentive and worked very efficiently on getting us and the customers ahead of us processed (i.e. paperwork and safety video). He was thorough and super helpful getting us on the jet skis. He even took some pictures for us before he pushed us off into the bay. The jet skis seemed very new, clean and well maintained. I found this location to be very convenient as it doesn't take you very long to get into the bay like other locations. So we didn't have to stay at 5mph for very long, got to maximize our time having a blast on the bay. Returning the jet skis was quick and easy. It was a great solid experience, I will definitely be sharing my experience and this location with friends, family and colleagues.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Their prices in todays world are not bad at all and included fuel. They have you watch a video which will help you learn if you have never rode a jet ski before. This was my first time and I highly recommended it. It was so much fun! On top of that, the staff here was amazing very friendly and helpful.

Rented wave runners for the 4th of July and had a great time. The Adventure Water Sports were very friendly and professional. The wave runners were in great condition and easy to ride. We rented for 2 hours for a couple hundred bucks and it was the best money we spent on vacation. We will definitely rent from them again we we camp at Mission Bay.

It was fun the staff were very nice but the front desk male was very rude and unprofessional.

He was explaining to me how ski beach is very bad place to drive jet ski there because there is a lot of rocks I told him I understand that but can I still go there because I want to know if I can or no he start being rude.

If any damages happen to your jet skis your charging people money for it so I don’t understand why you get mad your charging $500 deposit so if anything happen just take the deposit and don’t get mad control yourself and work with people.
