Absolutely shambles of a service, whoever is responsible for tendering this company to operate a service to the Gower needs to be sacked!!unreliable, no customer service, and no information available to contact as phone goes unanswered. Lot's of tourists and local visitors left stranded unable to get back to Swansea after a day out in porteynon, including 3 pensioners, a vulnerable lone female, appalling and a big embarrassment to Swansea City Council

Service 43 Swansea Bus Station to Morriston Hospital on 02/12/2022.
I cannot recommend this service enough.
I would like to say the driver Alex was really nice very courteous the ride went smoothly.
The bus was on time.

I get the 24 from ynysforgan to morriston quite a bit and it's a good route it only takes 5 mins and good drivers and lots of space than first cymru. -edit- the 24 from Swansea to Morriston hospital operates really good and good drivers aswell

The most unreliable bus company in the country. Wish the local council would take them off the road . Busses are always late or don't turn up at all.

Only used them once before unfortunately they are the only bus to my destination otherwise I would boycott them

Dangerous vehicles, badly maintained, dirty inside, scruffy drivers, avoid and use First, at least your life won't be at risk
