5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!

From booking to the actual tour, the entire experience with Adventure Tour Bus Company was outstanding! I first worked with Mason W. Morton, the Sales Manager, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made the booking process seamless, was incredibly professional, and answered all of my questions promptly, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged.

Then, on the day of the tour, our driver, Willie, took the experience to the next level. Willie was not only an excellent and skilled driver, but his friendly, approachable personality made the ride so enjoyable. He was attentive, helpful, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the trip.

The bus was absolutely pristine—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Hands down, this was one of the best tour experiences I've had—Mason and Willie truly made it exceptional. I highly recommend Adventure Tour Bus Company to anyone looking for a smooth, memorable, and top-quality tour experience!

10/10 experience- I accidentally left my luggage on the bus on Christmas Eve, and Jessie went above and beyond to route it back to my city. She was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional on the phone. I couldn’t imagine what I’d do if this happened with another bus charter. She communicated with the driver and arranged a pickup time for me the next day. What a Christmas Miracle!

If you value your life don't use this service and keep as much distance from their buses as possible. On 9/19/24 bus #9931 changed lanes entering into the lane we were in forcing our vehicle onto the shoulder. When we attempted to reenter the lane she blocked us from doing so. Thankfully, the vehicle that was behind us when the bus forced us off the road let us back in. Once behind the bus she brake checked us causing us to have to brake and the vehicle behind us to have to avoid hitting us. I looked through the reviews and mine is NOT the only post outlining this type of aggressive/reckless driving!!! I called the company to complain and was told by the lady I spoke with that she would call the driver and call me right back. I have yet to receive a call back. This tells me that the company just doesn't care. In my opinion, if you drive people around for a living you need to be a responsible human being. Clearly this company lacks that character in some of it's drivers.

Poor drivers, no actual care for their customers safety lol, didn’t even bother calling after reading the reviews regarding their poor drivers. Bus #9965, nearly took us out on the road going at least 80 and not long after did the same to another set of people? I’m sure their service is lovely but this is so unsafe.

I can't say enough good things about Adventure Tours. I have managed buses charters for a large religious organization for close to twenty years. This year we chartered eight buses from Adventure Tours for a trip from DC to Boston on 30 July 2024.

I chose them because they offered a great quote and had great reviews online. They also had a very good DOT safety and maintenance report.

From start to finish Adventure Tours was easy to work with. Their sales team was great with communications, answering questions in a timely manner, friendly, and helpful.

Their buses were clean and comfortable, and their drivers were professional, courtesy, and friendly.

We would definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!!!

The bus for our trip was clean and two drivers drove us to Louisville, Kentucky for our bi-annual conference.I would like to personally express my gratitude to Chief, he was our driver for Evangelical Church Winning All trip from Maryland to Louisville, Kentucky. His driving was excellent, professional and was helping to carry luggages into the luggage compartment when not requested, this was really helpful to me as the leader for the group. This was my first time using this company and would definitely be using the bus company again.

My "Oldham-Jackson Family Reunion" group visited the DC area and were delighted to find Adventure Tours could transport us from our Maryland hotel. Mr. Tyrone was our A++ Bus Driver, he arrived in the beautiful bus and had us riding in style. We had a chance to visit all the sights on our itinerary and he provided great information on key points of interest along the way. He is certainly an asset and represented the company well. My group had approximately 30 folks (ages 3 to 78 yrs old) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the ride which made our reunion memorable. Mr Tyrone was courteous/professional and even obliged us by taking our group picture during the trip. We would certainly recommend and use this service again if we visit in the future.
