Huge thanks to Mike and team for fixing my RV several times and delivering impeccable professional service. His team members, Robbie and Dylan, were teaching me all sorts of things as they were working. They have replaced windows, traced leaks, dewinterized, and replaced a faucet for me. I have been renting RVs from these guys for over 10 years - every year in OCtober. They are great. Generally there is never any issues but when there is one - they resolve it quickly and without question. I will continue to use their service each year and know that they will take care of us.

My father recently purchased an RV from them which he found online. I was a bit concerned, due to age of the RV. It was a 2004. He had seen nothing but the pictures. When delivered, was as pictured. 😃

We were interested in a used RV being advertised by this dealer. Called and talked to Mark to get details and was told this RV inside was 9 out of 10. Outside needed a wax, but he gave it 8 of 10. Asked Mark multiple times to confirm condition as we were driving 2 hours to look at it and I emphasized i did not want someone elses problem. We came to a verbal agreement based on the RV checking out. Mark even said he would wax it so it would look great when we arrived and we could haul it away.

Next day we drive 2 hours 20 minutes. RV was COMPLETELY mis-represented. One almost completely flat tire, another one visibly low on air (we couldn't go a block much less a 2 hour drive) pipes underneath very rusted; awning needs replacing; dinette table base was not bolted to the floor, wall covering peeling, MOLD all over the inside of the refridgerator and I have no idea what was waxed or cleaned to be ready for us. It looked horrible.

We told Mark disappointed how he represented this camper knowing we drove 2 hours but he clearly did not care. Very poorly ran business. I would be weary dealing with this establishment.

What nice people! I went to look at an RV to see if this would be something realistic for me. The young lady took an enormous amount of time for me and answered my questions. She was the soul of patience and kindness. I'm still in the considering stage but wouldn't hesitate to do business with them, if/when the time comes!

Rented a camper from them for a week. Great to deal with! Very knowledgeable, he walked me through the camper before we left, answering any questions I had. All in all a great experience, we were taken great care of, and we will definitely stay in touch with the people there!

Very sad. Ok guys. You've got to be responsible. The interior was fantastic, but you gotta be upfront and honest about the mechanics. Brakes unsafe, power steering not working, and severe fluid leaks. If you would have told us (upfront), we would not have traveled a long way and spent a lot of money for nothing.
