They offer different options for watercraft, different trip lengths, and have several different types of trips ranging from day trips to 4 day camping trips. The shuttle service makes it a lot easier to get to the pick up/drop off points.

Easy to book online and we had a great experience. We did the 6 miler from
Smithfield to Delaware gap. Our driver to Smithfield was great. Told us a bit about the area, and was fun to talk to. We stopped along the way for lunch and swimming. It took us about 3 1/2 hours with the stops. Beautiful views, canoe and paddles were in great shape.

Have not tried any other places to rent kayaks or rafts. Really don't want to go anywhere else. Adventure Sports is great. Friendly staff, nice equipment, everything runs smoothly, why go anywhere else. Thanks Adventure Sports!

Rented skis for the family here and had a very positive experience. The shop was empty both when we picked up and returned, so we got great service. All of the equipment worked excellently and the prices were reasonable. The personnel on both ends were great. Highly recommend!

Okay, you’re in for a RIDE with this one!
My friend and I were on a little East Coast girls trip. I live in east PA but had only been to Delaware Water Gap once.

We decided to give this a go, the 6 mile kayak experience down the river (both in one kayak). We’ve both kayaked before but only on still water and for a short period of time.
I’m giving you the context so you can judge for yourself what the experience might look like and be worth for you.

We went right after hiking Mt. Tammany trail. We are each about 115 lbs and while physically active and relatively fit, definitely not fitness trainers or anything.

Adventure Sports made the whole process easy peasy, we drove our car down to the ending point, they drove us back up to the starting point, loved talking to the owner and learning about the history.

Then we were off! Let me tell you, it was hard. The wind was strong enough to push us back if we stopped rowing. BUT the water was pretty mild and it was just beautiful outside. It took us 1 hr and 50 mins to finish, of constant rowing. We stopped once for a video and picture.

Anyway, if we can do it, you Can too! Worth every penny, we had a blast, would do it again! But it’s not for the faint of heart!

Great day on the Delware Water Gap, kayaking with the family, from Bushkill to Smithfield Beach. Spotted so many bald eagles, beautiful views and pristine waters. Very pleased with Adventure Sports.
