Aladdins cave of ways to spend money.
Didn't have what I needed in stock but did have it in Holland. Was dispatched straight away, kept informed of progress and delivered in around 3 days. Excellent service.

Ordered ktm luggage, that was simple enough. But after 2 weeks heard nothing so I contacted company asking for an up date.. I got back " we have been busy and order was miss filed on my desk. We send now. A week later sent email again asking for update." I got back yes got most of it some not in stock. So waited another week and emailed again.. got back " not sure when it will arrive!! A week later I asked again. Same response.. so I said I will have a refund as it was a surprise birthday present and that date had past, I got back" not enough funds in PayPal account, and and bank draft would take 3 days.'. I replied saying I can top my paypal up in 10 mins.. and you can send money to my bank account in seconds.. I got my refund that day.. the problem with this is had they been more upfront and communicated I may of hung on. But the lack of customer care speaks volumes.

Amazing shop with lots of items for sale. However their online shopping experience is quite outdated for todays standards. Firstly there is no indication on their website if items are in stock. So you place a very expensive order and have no idea what is going to happen. You might get lucky and gets delivered in 2-3 days or so but it might turn up in a month and half and there is no communication whatsoever that the items you ordered are in stock or not. You might get an email when the items have been dispatched but there is no tracking number and have no idea where and when your package supposed to be delivered. Is a bit nerve-racking when you spent few thousands and have no communication or security. So far I have received everything I've ordered but I think the experience can be improved quite a lot.

Magnificent service from these guys yet again. They actually look out for customers making purchases to make sure they haven't made a mistake or forgotten something. Even down to rummaging through stock to find matching locks/keys. First class communication and stuff comes so quickly. Unequivocal recommendation!!

Cliff, Mark, Carl and the team are fantastic. Bought some bar risers and they not only lent me their toolbox so I could fit them there and then, they helped fit them too! Always superb service and very welcoming. Very knowledgeable guys, Highly recommended.
