Excellent care by a concerned , thoughtful and thorough professional. Took as much time as needed to address our concerns and had a great personality. Our provider was Michelle Davis and we would highly recommend her.

If you are a middle age or older woman, expect to get hustled for cosmetic treatment. I went in for a simple cyst removal - a tiny bump near my nose. Should have been a 15 minute appointment. I've had these before. The doctor went on and on about how I needed to consult with a full face plastic surgeon. Would not help me, obviously because he figured somebody could parlay this into bigger money. A lot of hokum about nerves in the face. Duh. Any competent dermatologist removes bumps and cysts (from acne on down) from faces everyday. I just got hustled because I was older and I guess they figured I would be vain. Wasted day, wasted appointment, incompetent advice. I had to find another provider and wait another week and take another day off to get this simple bump easily taken care of in a competent office. They did it immediately with little fanfare.

My initial consultation was brief but adequate, resulting in an recommendation for an excisional biopsy for which an consult was forwarded to their scheduling department to see one of their surgeons.
I have heard nothing regarding this alleged consult since my initial visit in December.
Attempts to contact them via "contact" on their web site have gone unanswered.
Unimpressed and disappointed.

Medical assistant are very lazy and doesn’t take any accountability.
They have sent prescriptions that I don’t need and I picked up and using them until I realized that they are not used for the cause of my dermatitis.. I need to call them back and let them know then they were sorry . How careless they are…. I spent some 100$ bucks on medicines that I don’t need and now I need to spend some extra 100-200$ bucks for the real medication .. this is so awful and I’m pissed off… by the negligence

Trans person here, honestly have never had a good experience with this provider. it took them SIX months to figure out how to charge my insurance properly, the laser provider ONLY works on Tuesdays, claims that I can only book one "area" per session per day despite confirming multiple times with my insurance that is not the case. Deadnamed regularly, text/email notification system deadnames me. Billing department seems to be just a completely different entity from their front office and providers making communication difficult and inconsistent. If i could give 0 stars i would, i guess they can have the one for their medical side of things as that seems to function relatively well.
