Buyer Beware! I contacted Adrenaline within 24 hours, yet I was never told I wouldn’t get a full refund. The provider of tour refunded the full amount, but Adrenaline withheld 20%, 3 digit $$$ big amount, which feels like a scam and rip off. Even the tour provider asked Adrenaline to fix the misleading tour description. Save your hard earned money, this ain't it! See similar other bad reviews. I trusted them with the very expensive Helicopter tour on special occasion and now I regret it with significant money lost 🙁 They will break your trust.

Pilot was great, very knowledgeable.
The flight was very disappointing. We paid to fly over a volcano and see waterfalls but didn’t get to due to weather moving in.
In my opinion at least they could have offered a discount. Not sure we’d do it again.

Booked with Adrenaline about 2 weeks ago. Purchased 2 tickets online with my girlfriend and am currently waiting at the pickup location, been here for 1 hour and still no sign of their shuttle. Spent $300 on this and looks like they completely forgot my reservation! Save your money folks this ain't it. We will be requesting a full refund as well as possible reimbursement of the ride shares we also had to purchase. Smh

I had a very unusual request regarding a gift certificate and the team from Adrenaline were so helpful. Nothing was too hard and they came up with lots of options to accommodate. Can’t wait to go flying.

Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I paid for a hot air balloon ride. One day after rescheduling 8 times I was finally told the weather was perfect I drove an hour and a half to the location and the crew did not show up. It was not rescheduled they just didn’t show up. I called Adrenaline to get my money back two weeks ago and they are totally unresponsive!!

The staff was friendly and professional. They were accommodating in post-experience photo taking. The Beginner Course was great for us two since we are older. It gave the feeling of the whole experience. I imagined the Zipline longer before I got there, but it did allow us to "try our hand at" a Zipline before moving up to the big kids section. (We decided " beginner " was really our speed!) It was FUN!
