I called a few days ago after completing onboarding paperwork. I kept getting told over 2 days by Karen that they were "working on payroll" so they couldn't help me find a job. They don't seem to be in a hurry to help people find work or maybe it's just a certain type of people they help. Either way I felt very unwelcome made me feel like I had to bug them to help me. Avoid this place, I went to a different temp agency that found me a job right away that starts tomorrow.

Adecco is a decent temp agency to go through as far as getting a job. HOWEVER the company I work for is very unorganized and hard to work with. For the past 4 months I have been working from home, and I know people glorify WFH JOBS. But with this company it’s beyond a mess. They treat you like a number, no team building, no structure. All of their answers to your concerns sound rehearsed. They don’t notify you of changes until the very last minute. Then you get switched from supervisor to supervisor and no one has a clue on how any of this works. Yall need to do better, call centers are already tough to work for due to being cursed out by customers and then to be rudely told by staff that’s it’s your fault you weren’t trained properly. HUH!!Doesnt make sense, I know. Yall ask for these reviews and this is my honest opinion.

Krystal my recruiter was so amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to place me & my daughter at a great high paying job. She worked really hard to get us started on the day we requested & the hours we wanted. So happy I listened to my husband when he advised us to join the Adecco family.
