Working with Laura from the beginning was amazing. Her attention to detail and care to make sure our family trip was going to be an amazing experience was incredible, We booked a trip to Orlando for 7 days and Laura took care of making sure our flights were booked accordingly to making sure we were picked up at airport to our Resort with absolutely no hiccups!! all of the universal passes and volcano Bay passes were booked by Laura and breakfast at these parks were booked by Laura as well. Everything went without a problem and we all enjoyed our amazing family vacation!! We did not have to worry about a thing, we just had to enjoy ourselves from the time we got there to the last day. Laura was with us via phone or text during the whole vacation making sure we were Having an amazing time.

Before my husband passed away 3 years ago, he made me promise that I would take the family to Disneyworld. I contacted Laura and booked the trip over a year ago and finally went two weeks ago. Laura spent countless hours getting our reservations and tickets in order and with the ever-changing Covid restrictions, things were constantly changing. She helped us coordinate our flights so the family that was flying could meet and share a ride from the airport to Disneyworld. She was very patient as I called her a lot asking about all the extras, i.e., Genie Plus and Lightening passes. She worked with us and explained to us how we could get on line and make reservations for our meals as 7 people were difficult tables to get. With very little time to make the arrangements, Laura was able to plan our trip to DisneyWorld, Sea World and Universal Studios for the 10 of us (three separate families) as a family celebration for our 50th anniversary. Laura and Brian did a great job planning our trip to Ireland. They suggested we arrive a day early in Ireland and the suggestion paid off. We were able to rest and sight see a bit before meeting our tour group the next day. They arraigned for all transportation in Ireland, so there was nothing we needed to handle. They covered every aspect of the trip prior to us leaving. I would highly recommend their service. Their professionalism and communication throughout the planning of the trip was flawless.
