We were recommended to do the Catamaran in Tahoe and we did the 12 pm cruise. We loved it so much we went back for the 5 pm. Both experiences we wonderful and different. Quite wind the first time and engine powered. The 5 we were sailing and they had live music on board. Definitely worth the time and money.

We did a sunset cruise with AWS Incline Catamaran the day after our wedding, and it was such a great experience! We didn’t book a private tour but instead bought tickets for the scheduled cruise, and the team was incredibly accommodating. My husband booked a cruise Oct. 2024 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The day of the cruise, Dave from Action Water Sports called him to inform him that due to high winds, they are cancelling the cruise and will let us know whether we can reschedule before the season ends. They never got back to us. We reached out several times to inquire and to see if we can get a refund. No response. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and Action Water Sports response to the dispute was that they acted within the terms and conditions of the purchase. It clearly stated in their confirmation email that if there's cancellations due to weather, we would be refunded or given credit. Neither has happened. To this day, they still have not honored their agreement. Terrible company with terrible customer service!!

Best sailing on Tahoe! The whole crew was absolutely amazing! We were treated to a wide variety of cold beverages, the wines were fabulous and they even past a cheese and fruit board for a snack. The live music was such a nice touch. We had the best weather and an evening to remember, a nice way to end our Summer. We cannot wait to return.

My daughter and her husband booked a cruise with this company to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in Oct. Dave from Action Water sports called them on the day of the cruise to cancel due to high winds. Totally understandable. However, they never called them back to reschedule, get a refund or credit. To this date, Dec. 19, 2 months later, they are still fighting this charge with the credit company. They have contacted them multiple times with no response. Beware... this company doesn't treat customers well!

Great service and very friendly people. Prices are clear and all rentals are by the hour. Took the lake tour on the catamaran. The ride was excellent and the crew was friendly and attentive. Great way to see the lake. Requires reservations in advance and the trip includes drinks (beer, wine, soda, all you want), fruit, and cheese and crackers. Great trip with kids.

We had a wonderful night aboard the catamaran for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner. We brought on boxed dinners and enjoyed the beverages supplied by the Sierra Cloud Team. The captain, crew and staff at Action Water Sports were so helpful, easy to communicate with, and made this a very fun and special event for all 49 of us! If you are looking for a unique Tahoe experience or a unique rehearsal dinner, I would highly recommend Sierra Cloud and Action Water Sports! Also, we brought on our own mic and amp for speeches, guests not wishing to sit on the netting were able to sit on the back and other hard surfaces, and they were very accommodating allowing us to bring on our own food!
