Able Tours helped me pick up and return my Chinese Visa when I had to visit Los Angeles to apply.

I simply walked down the hallway and spoke with the lovely ladies inside. They took our ticket from the Chinese Consulate, picked up our VISA on the necessary date and overnighted my VISA back to me. It was seamless and the even sent me an email with the tracking number so I could keep an eye on things. I'm so grateful for the reasonably priced service that saved us so much time and money traveling back and forth to LA.

This little agency is in the building where the Chinese consulate is housed where you can get your visa, however their expertise really helped me navigate additional requests from the consulate and without their help I most certainly would have missed the timeline for my trip.

The team was very professional and serious about their work, but very kind and very helpful!

I would definitely recommend their services to anyone traveling to China!

We presented our documents to the Chinese consulate for visa and was given a pickup date 4 days later. Since we are from out of state, Instead of coming back to LA, we paid for them to pick up our passports and mail them back via FedEX. Cost per passport to pick up was $25 + 40 to FedEx on top of Consulate Visa fee. They are located on same floor as the Chinese visa services.

This place is the BIGGEST rip off, be warned! Carrie is the WORST person to deal with. They do not like American's and treat you with disrespect. I had an emergency with getting a authentication for documents for China. Carrie charged me 8 times what i would pay if if i did it myself. I needed her help because the Embassy rejected my documents. Carrie saw my fear and took advantage. I had my 2 little kids with me and they were so rude to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Google other companies near by. They are in the same building so they hike up the rates for convenience. They whisper in Chinese and giggle at you in their language.

Not always super fast but if you've worked with them before, they treat you like family. Like my grouchy old-school Hong Kong auntie, Carrie smiles at me only when she thinks I'm not looking. They have good fares, and can arrange China visas faster and better than anyone in town. Plus, usually some great discounted fares. I've bought tix and arranged visas through Able many times over the years and still do whenever i can. But treat them badly or be in a huff or a rush and you'll get the grouchy look or worse. Be nice, and they'll rescue you when you're in trouble.

i called at 4:40 pm and sum guy said everyone went home. you can call tomorrow.... what the heck 9 -5 business hours I'M gonna buy my tickets to china from an online site. They should keep at least 1 person to quote pricing till 5pm. i've been in their office before & there are 6 or 7 people working..... Not good business
