Very bad customer service. Very rude to customers. My family member purchased the ticket from them almost got stuck for few hours at India airport because mistake in the ticket. No airline charges any penalties. These peoples making false statements and cheating to charge more money from customers. Also has been given threats to my family members there lawyer will take them to court. We called several travel agents they all said no penalties.

The so called tour guide Navneet was very disrespectful and nasty
She had no manners to talk to elder people.Navneet yelled at me I am a 72 yes old US A Citizen and she had to be escorted by the hotel employees in Lahore.i don't think she even has a tour guide license.

My family and I scheduled round trip tickets with this agency and everything went well until we needed to cancel our return tickets. Now they will not respond to our calls. They only say they will call us back. We have continued to call them for the last week and they haven’t helped us at all. We have now lost our money, $2,500.000 because we cannot make the flight back and it’s too late. Please schedule your tickets online, and if you need to cancel your tickets or extend your trip, you can do so online. These people are selfish and irresponsible. They only want their commission and they do not care for their customers!!

Inoperable, most unprofessional service.... actually didn’t even provide any service at the end...totally inattentive individuals. The head travel agent after initial meeting and gavubg gotten hopes up about creating extensive travel plans..never ever communicated back even after saying he would....there was absolutely no follow up ever even after many inquiries and several visits to their office...they just ended up taking my $480 with extra $300 for passport renewal after having convinced me to renew thru them vs through the mail... and promised would receive in 3-5 days, took over 2 weeks! ?, claiming photo rejected for renewal and had to go back and forth on writing statements.. they absolutely did not care to help with travel plans as evident with no action.. really should not be in this business.. especially if they’re service is conditional and maybe only provide to who hey want..most frustrating experience ever..and complete waste of time ..would never recommend this travel agency!?
