I'm a member of AAA, but the real reason I am is because I went in there to renew my driver's license one day and saw that I could pick up my Amazon packages there. Trust and believe it's a nice, secure place to have your packages delivered instead of your house or apartment. Folks love to "find" items from in front of your door or off of your front porch and take them. This avoids all that!!! Try it, you'll like it!!!!!

I have had AAA for decades and AAA needs to have competition to offer better value and dependable road service.

I called approxamately abbout 8:15 AM because my car needed to be towed to my service station. The reason it needed to be towed was because all the idiot light started to flash, the breaks were not responsive and there was fluid leaking. I drove only a few feet and parked the car in front of my house. The folks at my service station said to have my towed and DO NOT DRIVE IT.

So my first call was at 8:15 AM. I talked to the gentleman, he took down all the needed information and asked me to hold so I did until a phone system cut me off. I expected a call back it did not happen. So about 10 AM I called again and a young lady answered, she apologized, took down the same exact information and said that the tow driver will be there within the next hour and ten minutes and I will recieve an update.

The tow driver finally arrived after an hour and a half and said oh you can't start you car. I said no, my car needs to be towed because, there are a number of issues with it and that it should not be driven. He looked at me puzzled and then asked me where are the tow hooks on the car? I told him that he is the person who is doing the towing and that I know nothing about towing. etc. etc. etc.

AAA I am not going to remove this review and write to some do nothing department you have. You need to revamp your customer services, and have real time acess to solve issues and not wait or chasing down people on a phone tree.

Zero claims, clean record, insurance went from 232 when I signed up a year ago to 324 now..SCAM. everyone else offering me low 100s. AAA IS A RIP OFF.

Outstanding service and a totally great team to have behind you whether your planning a trip, looking to become a AAA member or just shopping for the trip or your car.

You can't go wrong with AAA behind you. We have been members for nearly 30 years now and was never left stranded. Let's not forget all the other great perks and benefits that come with the membership as well.

My car broke down and I couldn't drive at 3am. I am a rideshare driver and when I called aaa they told me I would have to wait 4 hours before they could tow my car home!!!😳 I was extremely mad how is it OK to leave someone possibly a woman by herself in a car God know where for 4 hours or longer Even as a man that is dangerous and aaa is NOT cheap!! Why are we as customers expected to pay $200 a year if don't get quality car service 🤔🫤 I realize that this is the page for the Waterford retail location but it was the only way I could think to leave a review. Even a cop checked on me and couldn't give me a ride home and explained aaa has fewer and fewer tow truck drivers. That there was nothing he could do. I had to leave my car and pray that it didn't get stolen or vandalized. Luckily it didn't and I got rideshare home for myself. But this is inexcusable!! Lower the price of aaa or provide faster service somehow. Get more tow truck drivers or aaa locations!! Now!!

Best experience ever! I had to change my name on my driver's license and make a reservation for a rental car. Kyle, who helped us was just amazing. He was thorough, very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips. It took all of 10 minutes to update my driver's license (the nice lady at the photo area was so pleasant). This location and everyone that works there are just wonderful, and the customer service is superior. Thank you for what I thought would be a grueling experience turned out to be easy and fun! KUDOS to Kyle who even offered some "free" marriage counseling (he made our day!)

After locking my keys in my car AGAIN, the process of getting someone to come out was super easy online (like, insanely easy) and I had a very affable guy helping me within the hour. As always, I'm so grateful for my AAA membership.
