I had my car towed to the North Riverside location they fix my car and they did nothing. They charge me $1800.36. I had my car there August 3. I picked my car up August 17 I had no Brakes I was trying to stop.the car and all I can say is God stop the car . The car would not stop. There’s a restaurant right next to AAA in North Riverside thank God that God stopped my car because I was going to run into the building.or run over someone I was so scared so the car stopped. I got out I went back in. I talked to Charlie Johnson the manager. He was very rude. He told me I had all timers dimension and I didn’t understand my car is leaking oil . All the lights are on. They did not fix the car. I have had my car at four different locations now Jessie had me to towed my car last Thursday now my car has been five days and nothing I did a Complaint and nothing I can’t get any one to help me I am so hurt they have told me so many lies I have three different reports so who do I believe I don’t believe a word they are saying I feel like I am a Women and a Black Women they are giving me the run around this is been a nightmare my car is still at AAA in Wheaton IL all the mechanics have gave me all type of information different information so I don’t know what to do. I need some help. Can somebody help me I need to CEO I need a branch manager. I need someone to help me. I am disabled. I can’t believe this not accompany this big, that would do their customers like this. Unbelievable what do I do? Somebody please help me.

Went for TSA precheck pop up. Only thing I didn’t like is that the person who was doing the precheck didn’t call people by order of appointment time. He’d walk up to the people waiting and say “next” but how are 3-4 people supposed to know who signed up for the 2:00, 2:10, 2:20 slots ? So I was kind of peeved. Otherwise a fast process.

Easy to get IDP international Driver's Permit. You can get your photo taken here too, cheaper than at a Walgreens/CVS. $33.20 all together for a non-AAA member.

They make me pay another $20 for international driving permit. No help whatsoever. I am very upset will not return again. Please go to other store I had no problem at Elgin.
