Worst service I’ve received in a long time. I wish I got the employees name. I will be making a complaint to management. She sits at the front desk and about 4 to the left when you walk in. She was so nasty and rude to me that I’ve decided to switch insurances off the one interaction. I went in to ask some questions I had regarding an accident. She talked down to me and told me they will be dropping me for an accident I was found to not be at fault in. My car was parked in a parking lot and got hit. She was so rude and condescending I’m not sure how she gets away with that there. Please take your business elsewhere so you don’t have to deal with her nasty attitude.

Anthony was awesome getting me insurance. Hooked it up with the best price compared to any other company, and did every ounce of legwork possible so I didn't have to. They wouldn't let me sign up online so initially I was annoyed but the fact this office called me literally at the soonest possible time after I got my rate quote shows how much they care about customer service, and in the end was MORE convenient than trying to do it by myself online. Also he found some extra benefits with my membership I wasn't even using so we added those on there too while we were on the phone. Nothing but good experiences with AAA and if you're a member they ARE the best option for car insurance in California hands down. Especially better than Geico.

The staff was fast and attentive. Stocked beautifully with maps, books, and fun stuff for the little ones. Really shows what a AAA office should look like and carry considering the small town atmosphere you usually get in a place like this. Thank you AAA for the great service.

I drop my payment off after hours through the slot on the door, only to find out they can't find it so I make the payment with my debit card. Only to find out three weeks later the check they couldn't find was cashed!!! Plus they just cashed another check and have NO explanation on how any of this could happen. The manager Brian doesn't call back when he tells you he is going to and wants to make it right by a certificate for candy.....really Time to look for much better insurance than AAA, after being a member for over 10 years that is how you are treated.

My trip to AAA, under the circumstances of these days was reasonably easy. I was number three in line walking with a walker and a sore foot. I was able to do it the folks were very friendly and the wait was not very long technically. I went in and I was amazed at how fast she got my paperwork done and I could leave and go home. God bless you AAA . Would it be possible to get a new bag? I have worn out two at this point. Helen

Love it they have never let me down money or no money. They are so awesome ? you get so much for free. It's so much I can't even remember it all but notary, 10% off motels, 10,000 identity theft. They help you with it all. Besides bringing you gas, free flat tire fixes. I could go on, thanks you guys!!
