We had Charlotte plan our train trip from Albuquerque to Seattle. She did an excellent job. Her customer service skills were wonderful and as older travelers gave us confidence as she was always available for questions and concerns. Went in to obtain an International Driver's License and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They did not pressure me to become a AAA member, but did let me know that the cost of the licence ($20) could be applied to a new membership, if I chose to join. Overall a great experience here.

I was nervous when I went to AAA in Onalaska this morning. I am going to Scotland soon and needed questions to be answered. I needed to apply for a AAA credit card, help in setting up a airline ticket to get to Chicago, questions on where to go for exchanging money, and a map of the Chicago airport. Kathryn Stevens asked me what information I needed and she would help me with everything. She was so pleasant and walked me through everything I needed. She covered everything for me and by the time I walked out I felt so relieved. I thank her for all her help and making me feel so relaxed now

Straight up awful. Left stranded with conflicting, confusing and dishonest information. No reason to have this service anymore at all. Will be using other roadside services from now.

Have used AAA here in onalaska for flights and car rental plus reserving hotels for trips had great results from there help. Highly recommend them
