This place is appalling. I had a 9 am apt. People started lining up at 855. They opened the door to let three people and left the rest of us standing outside in 25 degree weather. There was one old lady who was freezing and they told her to just go back and wait in her car even though they had customers in the store and a full crew behind the desk. They were just sitting there watching us for three minutes. Just insane.

Staff here are wonderful, friendly and great to work with. I'm a AAA member and renewed my driver's license here, made appointment and it took me 10 min. to complete. Compare that to 2 hours at the DMV the last time I renewed it there!

Called ahead regarding replacement license. Was close to closing time but still close by. I was able to get my licenses replaced quickly. They were very professional and accommodating. They were respectful of me my time and even was accommodating to my Black Lab. They were friendly and helpful. Beware: Drivers license cameras are unflattering no matter where you get your license. Don't blame the camera person

the service was prompt however, the lady with the shoulder length blondish hair needs to learn NOT to smile like she's enjoying denying service do to missing documents and then condescendingly making you feel stupid while she tells you its ALL outlined on the document (which is very busy & confusing) & is sent to you a whole month prior to expiration! there was also an irate customer that she failed miserably at defusing.

Best retail experience I've had in a long time. I came in for passport photos. Then I discovered they could notarize my documents as well. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cost of a AAA membership is well worth it.
