Our family loves the AAA automobile club; especially this Norwalk location. They have knowledgeable people who are always: available, friendly, and capable. They provide eager and dedicated support for an extensive list of automotive and travel related solutions; many you wouldn't expect until you check. Going here first saves a lot of time. The tow service pays for itself, and everything else is icing on the cake.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Despite it servicing all of lower CT, doesn't seem too busy.

It is important to note that my credit cards were stolen here, admittedly due to my carelessness. Still, it's important you keep your wits about you and don't be fooled by this or Any other welcoming location...criminals are everywhere.

I waited less than two minutes to have my license renewed and the woman who assisted me was extremely courteous, efficient and friendly. I also stupidly left my checkbook there (which I never bring with me but was not sure if credit cards could be used for license renewals) and they called me the next morning to say that they had found it. My husband and I are fairly new AAA members, but after my positive experience at the Westport branch and seeing what they services they had to offer in addition to license renewals, I will definitely visit them in the future for travel planning, discount tickets, etc.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Very friendly with our kids. Didn’t have the travel guide we wanted but was able to get it from the other branch office and they put it on hold for me. Was told I needed an international drivers license to rent a car in Switzerland, so I got it quickly from them. However it turned out we didn’t need it upon arrival so wasn’t really necessary.
Will be using them for some upcoming travel plans though as they were helpful.

Went to AAA for passport photos. The shop was busy, but my wait was short. Service was courteous, effective and prompt. I also got information about getting a new driver's license -- the upgraded variety -- and about reducing costs on my AAA renewal. Overall, a productive visit and a good resource to have in town.

Travel agencies seem to be going out of style but booking an interesting trip on my own was very much overwhelming. I looked at a variety of travel agents but decided to give AAA a try because I have a membership.
The agent was friendly and a good listener. I gave her the "essence" of what I was looking for in a vacation. She asked me some excellent questions and then validated the type of vacation I was looking for before giving me a few options with brochures in hand. I very quickly chose a Riverboat Cruise down the Mississippi from Memphis, TN to NOLA with a few extra nights at each end.

It was overall an excellent experience both vacation and with AAA and the travel agent.

Maybe I was lucky with the travel agent but I use AAA quite a bit from license renewal to car battery jump to passport photos and it has always been a positive and professional experience so I don't think it is luck. It seems like they hire, train and maintain good, experienced, smart and friendly people.

The travel agent side of the business was really nice for me in today's do-it-yourself travel industry whixh I found to be overwhelming and anxiety invoking with so many choices and different prices all over the place for the same thing. They put it all together for me and made sense of the hodge podge of choices. I left feeling like I got the best prices and discounts on exactly what I was looking for with zero stress!

Best possible experience I could have hoped for while renewing my license. Got there at 12:30 on a Saturday, was helped immediately and was out the door 5 minutes before their 1pm closing. If you are a member renewal is free, but they do charge a 3 dollar fee for non-members. The 3 bucks is certainly worth it. They didn't even hassle me about not having my renewal application. Fast, courteous and very helpful. I will never use the DMV for renewal again!
