Location is clean and quiet. There was no wait and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went in for an idp ( international driving permit ) which took about 10 minutes because I didn't fill out the form beforehand.

If you bring in everything it'll probably take 5 minutes or less to go in and out. $20 flat cash or card. You'll get it right away.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I pulled in with a flat tire and went to the desk to ask about having my spare put on. I explained we, my Mom and I, were AAA members. We were told they were too busy to help. They had three cars inside and didn't appear to be doing anything with them. They told us we had to call the AAA roadside service. I almost fainted! Are u serious we are outside your service center doors and we have to call for help and wait. He said yes. I went to the customer service desk and they said they could not call it in because they only sale the insurance. What a laugh! So u can have three people sale insurance, two at desks doing not sure what and three in the service center and no one can help a customer. I told my Mom it was time to cancel this insurance and go with another one who actually appreciated their customers. We waited , after having to go through the whole call center situation, for about a half an hour for the young man to arrive. He asked why we called when we were at the repair service, so I explained, and he said are you kidding me it would have taken them 5 minutes and you would have been on your way. The young man had to change our tire out in the rain when the workers could have did it inside in a dry area. I will NOT and WOULD never go here again. I also plan to write a letter to someone about this experience. Ridiculous!!!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. My frustration lies not just with this location, but with the entire AAA organization. They have had my vehicle for a full week, and it took them four days to realize they didn't have a technician qualified to work on my manual transmission, which seems odd as I told them it was a transmission issue upfront. Perhaps its because I'm a woman? I can't quite wrap my head around this part, but I digress..... I was then informed that my car needed to be towed to a different location, 28 miles away, and that the tow would be complimentary due to the circumstances.

I spent nearly three hours arguing with three different agents to get this resolved. They were supposed to move my vehicle to the new location two days ago, but when I hadn't heard anything from AAA in 2 days, I called to check on its status, and I discovered that they NEVER COMPLETED THE TOW and failed to communicate anything to me.

The level of incompetence and poor communication from this company is astounding. Now, I've incurred out-of-pocket expenses for a rental car and will have to pay again to have my car towed to a competent mechanic—one that isn’t affiliated with AAA. Buyer beware.

I had the worst experience dealing with AAA travel agency. First, I informed Terry Montesano that it was me and my wife's anniversary and this was a special time for us. Second, we were not seated together for our flight, which made my wife disappointed. Then the hotel room was small, which looked like a motel. They didn't have any microwave's or refrigerator's along with there being problems with the television and the toilet being stopped up. I would have thought that with Terry Montesano being a travel agent for as long as she said she had been, she would have known about the refrigerator and microwave situation in the hotel so that I could have made a better selection when it came to hotels. Also, I would have thought that she would have mde sure me and my wife would have been seated together. Me and my wife was verrrrry dissatisfied and we will no longer do any business with AAA in the future. I have also cancelled my AAA roadside assistance. 😤😤😤

The first time I came here it was a 4 Star experience (but seemed slow considering how empty things looked). The second time I actually had an appt, it took them over an hr to even start looking at the car (what's the pt of the appt?), and then there were long breaks where no one seemed to be looking at the car at all... BUT, after 2 hrs they did give me some good info and found the issue. I guess don't trust them to take you on time but they do a good job. Maybe a 3.5 but rounding down now..

Absolutely do not take your car here. Charging upwards of 3 times the standard rate of repairs, and gave me an incorrect diagnosis. $150/hour for them to tell you everything is wrong with the car just to be wrong about it. Terrible costumer service, no itemized lists of issues, not worth it even with AAA membership discount and warranty. Might as well get the part fixed 3 times than have them charge you made up numbers for simple repairs (450 to replace a $90 battery that is fully accessible without removing anything else 🙄)

I don’t know the woman’s name who helped me and my friend but she was so sweet and got me to sign up for the AAA membership. We originally went in there to get our IDL.

Love AAA. GREAT SERVICE! Road side assistant is above great. Even in busy times you have an idea when your help will come. Have had AAA for many, many years.
