Had a passport appointment here. The staff were very friendly and the process was going well at first. Unfortunately after the process was done, it could not be completed as an employees id card was not working after someone said it would. Had to redo the entire process. Still didn't take too long and wasn't that bad of an experience.

I called in the middle of a very cold night and they were there to help within 30 minutes. Just be sure to get the plus version of the service. Their basic service will only tow you 2 or 3 miles before they charge you. The plus version will get you 100 miles.

I am been a AAA memeber for over 10 years. The Hamden branch staff are always friendly and helpful with whatever I come in to ask about (EZPass, passport photos, foreign currency exchange). I recommend this location and am happy that I maintain a membership.

Can't give any negatives about this establishment Tuesday of the this week my Truck was hit I went to this branch the lady behind the counter was a top notch professional this establishment doesn't handle automobiles claims but anyway she guide me in the right direction .

We came in to get new drivers licenses that reflected our new address. The process was painless and in fact the team at this office were outstanding. Helpful, guidance on renewing our membership, help is getting a quote for a new battery and pleasant. Exceptional customer service. The new facility is bright and clean and very easy to get to. Thrilled to be a member!

I was surprised that I received my photos for my passport with no extra cost, and only a short wait for the processing of the pictures. I was able to get in and out with the photos I needed in less than 10 minutes! I not only count on the folks AAA for roadside assistance, but so many other things I need to remember they offer. I recently had to call for road side assistance as I locked my keys in the car. The phone person was polite and proficient. The assistance came within the time stated. It took a matter of a few minutes to open the door and retrieve the keys. The gentleman was polite and efficient. I can seriously state that I have never had a bad experience either on the road or in the office.
