Be careful with scams. From the airport to my house it is approximately 15 minutes. I requested service and the person who assisted me gave me the exact price of the fare. I got into the taxi and when I got home, the old, skinny, tall taxi driver, white complexion, very graying yellow hair. Did he have a bit of a European accent? from the netherlands? maybe (he was NOT American) told me that I couldn't get off and He couldn't give me my suitcase that was in the trunk because he didn't agree with the price and that he charged me 80 dollars for the trip, remember that it takes 15 minutes okay. I quickly realized the situation but worried about my suitcase I agreed to give it to them. I just advise you to be careful, scams are everywhere.

The University of Connecticut organized my travel as I was a visiting prospective graduate student and they booked travel for me with AAA cab to and from Bradley airport. The taxi was waiting for me when I landed and I was texted where to go and a sign was put in the cab window so I knew I was in the right spot. It was efficient and felt safe and I'd recommend using AAA to anyone who doesn't have a car and is visiting the area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After making a reservation almost two weeks in advance for car service late night from the Bradley Airport AAA Cab LLC simply did not show up and left me completely stranded. When I called them, I received some incoherent explanation about the driver waiting too long and leaving. Completely insane.

I had the same driver Sohail who transported me to Bradley airport then picked me up when I returned from my trip. They maintained contact very reassuring to verify date and time of pick up. Driver arrived early both times waited patiently very pleasant professional kind helpful. I felt safe. When our plane landed the first text I saw was from Sohail telling me he was there waiting for me. He had placed a sign in the car window easily visable. I knew who was coming what car to look for. I highly recommend this company and this driver, Sohail!! I
will absolutely use again.

I call AAA for every business trips I have, whether it's to the airport or to the Hartford train station to go to NY. They're always on time and super reliable. I don't feel comfortable with any other car services!

Forgot to ask his name but the driver was very professional and nice. Requested 6am ride to airport and he arrived at my place 6:00am sharp as razor. 40 mins from storrs to bdl and im writing this while waiting for my flight. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs ride on a times/areas where uber is not available.
