Friendly but not helpful. I've used this company for 15+ years! I was unable to get assistance from an Agent who was sick and will be out the next 2 weeks on vacation. The other Agent was not willing to come in the office as she works from home .... I am on a time crunch and I was advised to seek another agency for business! Where are the employees who worked here 15-20 years ago?

We had a really complex family trip to plan. Susan at World of Travel made it super easy for us. Normally we plan all our own trips. This was our first through an agency. I can tell you we will use there service more often. Awesome.

Had last minute travel plans. Search online for numerous hours to try and find flights with times that would match with my schedule, but couldn't find anything. Decided to try World of Travel hoping they could find something. With-in half hour, found the perfect flights with the times I wanted. And they even got me upgraded seats all in a price I felt was very reasonable. Very professional and understanding of what I was looking for in my travel plans. Definitely would recommend.

use to be good travel agents today they take money then if they find option for you if not they give money back but how much they want to give .Actually you give deposit for nothing..I wonder if Susan Bell still works there because she was very good agent for making tours. The stars going for Susan Bell.

My wife and I, have been going to A World of Travel now for all our travel needs, since we first went in and seen Alma for our 10year anniversary trip to Turtle Bay, North Shore Hawaii. Since that time we have seen them each year to take care of our vacations. Alma Contacessi has been wonderful and we will continue seeing her for our travel needs.
