I needed to have my FBI criminal history apostilled in order to complete my permanent resident visa in Brazil. I found several companies in the DC area, but settled on this one because of the generally positive reviews and their pricing was competitive. I called and spoke with someone first who was very helpful. He told me in order to expedite my request I should write a letter to the Department of State explaining my need. I did so and it apparently worked! I got my document in two weeks and a couple of days. Otherwise it would likely have taken a month or more.

We found this place one month ago when we were trying to renew our passports. We didn't have enough time to risk the regular processing time (4 to 10 weeks) offered by the Department Of State to deliver the passports because our travel date was too close. VISADC and their staff were so nice that, they went beyond to find out where we can get a hand carry on passport application place that could help speeding the process.
