They are scammers we had booked tickets they have confirmed tickets by emails and now after 3 weeks they said price are increased even we had pay for ticket and got email from them that tickets are confirmed now they are asking more money please do not book your ticket with them m seriously in lose of my work and depressed now i have to plan everything again

had a good experience booking tickets through this agency. ran into some visa troubles(my own fault) and had to reschedule my flights home. even though Mark was away from home dealing with personal things he made time to help me as quick as possible and get me home. thanks Mark! and I highly recommend this agency.

For years , I have been buying my Philippine airfare through A&A travel .
I highly recommend A&A travel for your travel needs . My agent Mark is the best .
My flight coming back to Las Vegas was cancelled on Jan 1st 2023. Almost all flights that day were cancelled at NAIA . Just imagine how many people were trying to reschedule their flights . The Phil Airline agents couldn’t handle all the people who were rescheduling their flights at that time, so we were sent to different offices at the airport

I called Mark at 2:00 a m Las Vegas time and asked for help . He right away found me 2 different flights schedules and all I needed was the Phil Airline rep to finish the booking . I was able to get a flight back right away . Unfortunately some of the passengers had to wait a few more days to be rescheduled since all the flights were full . Had it not for A&A Travel superb customer service , I probably would have waited for days to be rescheduled .

Not only did I get a better deal compared to the popular websites, I got exceptional customer service from Mark, he even helped me get through issues that arose when the airline made changes to my itinerary that cause me to be stranded for 4 days.

Mark is absolutely awesome, he went above and beyond by being flexible with our meeting times, taking the time to clearly explain all our options and letting us know what to expect from in the process through the airports, and even giving tips for making the travel experience less stressful.
