It’s a scamming company…they will literally cancel you whenever they feel like it and keep your money. Essentially you get no service and they keep the money. I can’t believe high schools really use this company.

This company makes money by ripping off school kids and their families. My kids field trip got cancelled due to the COVID19, but IST refused to provide full refund. Eventhough, they got full refunds from hotel. SHAME ON YOU FOR RIPPING OFF SCHOOL KIDS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

Liars! Our trip to SF was cancelled due to Covid 19 and they kept 60$ per child as a cancellation fee. Are museums charging students because the Governor issues a stay at home order? This company is money grubbing cheaters

Terrible service …I was told the trip was going to be 1300 now they are charging additional 130 out of no where because a roommate that the school chose for my daughter couldn’t go so now I am stuck paying this… rip offf be aware
