I see some really low rating reviews here. I don’t think they’re justified. First of all, this is not run by some big corporation trying to make mega profits. These cruises are to raise money for the Philharmonic Society. Having stated that, I wish I had our expectations properly prepared before we left the house. My wife and son thought we were going to see a boat parade. That’s not what this is. We got on a large boat in the harbor looking at all the decorated homes. Total time on the boat was about 50 minutes. Parked near Trader Joe’s and took a very short bus ride to the harbor. Waited in a queue for a little over 20 minutes. It wasn’t some big great thing that we’re going to have to do every year. However, it was something nice to do and the money went towards a good cause.

Dont waste your money or time, especially if you are a senior. Unsupervised mess. Upstairs deck overloaded with people. Very dangerous. Standing room only creates obstructions to view anything if you are sitting on benches with people crowding the rails. If the Coast Guard saw this they would shut this operation down for no life vests and overloading the boat. The workers are useless and there is no one in charge regarding managing passenger overloads. Terrible experience.

Kids running everywhere uncontrolled, waited 1.5 hours after our scheduled time. Just a nightmare! Not even worth the ride.
