Our experience was flight cancelations without help from the Flying Dutchman Travel with no communication from them to obtain replacement flights. It made the whole experience stressful knowing we had to book two more fights ourselves with a double cost equaling the price of the cruise and the flights. Our flights were over booked by Flying Dutchman Travel and the result was three of our flights were canceled without our knowledge. We were never informed about the cancelations from them. We found out about the cancelations the day before our departure. Since they didn't respond to our calls we had to choose expensive replacement flights ourselves. It was a terrible experience.

My friend wanted me to go on a Mediterranean cruise put on by local radio station KZST and Flying Dutchmen Travel was the travel agency. They did not help us get a flight, hotel (actually, we decided on our own to book a nice Barcelona hotel so that wasn't their fault) or excursions. Supposedly there was to be about 400 people from Sonoma County and they told us there would be a couple of parties. We were looking forward to meeting some folks from our area, but we received NO communication or answers to texts or emails with the travel agency (after they had our money). I'm going back to Europe this spring and will definitely be looking for a different travel agent! BTW, we are fun and outgoing and had a good time anyway but felt very disappointed in not being able to connect and party with our 'neighbors.'

DO NOT rely on them to help you after you pay! This company was super pleasant UNTIL we truly needed them then they GHOSTED us! We were in a foreign country with no help from them I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN. Thank goodness DAVE KOS moved their services.

Just went on a cruise put on by The Flying Dutchmen Travel. It was a cruise with the Singer Melissa Etheridge. Flying Dutchmen really made it a smooth, no hassle cruise. And, they put us on a great cruise line which is, of course, Royal Caribbean. The only thing that wasn't great was the food. I was very disappointed with the food on Brilliance of the Seas. However, Flying Dutchmen rocked that boat and kept us busy. They had Joan Jett in Key West. They gave us time to relax. It was Melissa Etheridge's inaugural voyage and we were happy to be a part of it. Thank you Rosie at Flying Dutchmen!!
