My family has worked with Rachel on a number of trips including domestic and international travel. She is very accommodating of our plans and always has great suggestions for additional activities. She is also an excellent resource if there are any issues or changes regarding the trip. I have recommended her to several friends plan trips and will continue to do so!

I had an awesome experience with this place about 10 years ago but I forgot who helped me. They printed out info online about several all inclusive resorts which included info on pricing, what the occupancy is, amenities and more.

About 2 months ago I stopped at this place hoping to have another awesome experience but I'm just sitting here frowning on my experience. Now they require a $25 fee for research which is fine but I came in not really knowing what I wanted to do for a vacation and hoping for suggestions. I mentioned I was interested in maybe doing a cruise hoping Jamestown Travel maybe knew when to find a great deal on one. Ronda who helped me said "I don't like cruises". She also said that she hasn't traveled in awhile. What kind of travel agent says that kind of thing to their customers? And why are you working at Jamestown Travel if you don't like cruises that much? She told me that she had another customer she was looking at cruises for and that she'd get back to me. It's been almost 2 months and I heard absolutely nothing back. Also I emailed Ronda about scheduling an appointment before I stopped since I drive all the way from Carrington. While I was there she talked about how she had a lunch date. It seemed like I was just a burden and as though it too much work for her to research travel for me. I check my email daily and haven't got a phone call. I'm really thinking that was a waste of $25 and that I need to suggest someone else to help me, not Ronda.
