We had an amazing time, from booking our honeymoon trip to boarding our plane to our entire stay at Maui. Our agent made sure that our booking went smoothly and if any questions we had she always made sure to get back to us the same day. Customer service was so great even if she was out of the office she made sure to get back to us to answer any questions we had.We will definitely be booking with our agent Juana and pro travel again for any of our future family trips.

We realized that planning our Ireland honeymoon trip was a lot more work than we had anticipated, especially since we were also thinking of going to Spain in the same trip. We attempted to do research from different online travel agencies but it ended up being a struggle and a logistical nightmare. We read some reviews online and a lady named Juana Garcia kept coming up. We decided to give her a shot and we were not disappointed! Not only was Juana very welcoming but she was also very knowledgeable and eager to help! She was able to get us an amazing deal which included not only Ireland & Spain, but Italy as well! This was all within our budget. I would definitely recommend her if you are planning any type of trip because she will go out of her way to make your trip as smooth and stress free as possible! My wife and I could not be happier and we look forward to our honeymoon this summer.

For are first trip to Italy we went with Pro Travel Fresno. Our travel agent Jennifer Rogers was great. Everything was clearly explained as to what the tour would consist of. Our travel started terrible with our first flight being delayed causing us to miss on connection flight, which in turn made us miss the first day of the tour. Jennifer was able to push back our return flight so we could make up the day we missed in Rome. I know airlines are unpredictable but once we arrived to Italy it was just wonderful. Our 1st trip/tour experience was amazing!
