This hotel is located in a very large outdoor shopping center in El Dorado Hills. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is newer and reasonably furnished for a chain. Unfortunately, that is where the good part stops. We were assigned room 415 and apparently hotel management is well aware that gardeners with leaf blowers, trash pickup and high pressure washers and deliveries are conducted outside the windows on that side of the hotel at all hours of the night and early morning. We experienced these types of noises on all three nights we stayed at the hotel. One of the nights we also experienced a toilet clog late at night too. We reported our noise issues to the front desk after the second night of our stay in the morning and were told that we would get a non-descript number of reward points. For two relatively sleepless nights, it seemed ridiculous. Upon checking out, we were told that the front desk person would request a 10% discount for our stay. By then, we had experienced three sleepless nights. Additionally, and by no means serious, we couldn't find a way to open the window shades or turn on the fan. We figured no point in complaining as extra points won't do us too much good as we'll avoid IHG hotels whenever possible.

Truly best place to stay in El Dorado Hills area. This hotel is located in a outdoor mall with ample restaurants, shops, grocery and even a Target within short walking distances. The hotel backs up to a park area with family friendly and wheelchair friendly walkways. The hotel provides an ample hot breakfast. I was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The roll in shower was very secure. The bathrooms were spacious. All of the staff were very responsive to guests. Many business people staying here.

Susanna greeted us with open arms! Excellent memory and customer service skills! Room was nice and cozy. Wife loved that it had a ceiling fan. I was overall pleased with the selection of this hotel. The staff appeared to enjoy their jobs. ❤️✌? Keep Jesus first ❤️

Room was comfortable and clean, with a few signs up wear and tear. Staff was welcoming, although didn’t give us all details we usually receive when checking in at a hotel. Pool was in full sun, was a good size and clean, but a family with kids hogged the hot tub. Breakfast was typical fare… I wish they would offer ham or bacon instead of two types of sausage. Location was perfect. Plenty of parking. Would stay again.

This was my second stay here and definitely my last. Front desk people were pleasant. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel seems not up to standards this time; carpets need replacing; microwave in room, but not 100% functioning, and there was mold in the sink drain. The 4th floor balcony had a nice view and room was quiet; that's why I came back a second time. However, the restaurant next door had a wood firepit and the hotel air system drew in the smoke and it became unbearable on the 4th floor. I couldn't even go out on my balcony and enjoy the night because of the wood fire next door. I went down to the front desk (because I didn't have a phone in my room)and Selina came up with me to the 4th floor. She agreed it did smell like smoke and was able to move me to another floor/room; which was greatly appreciated. It would have been nice of the hotel to take a night stay off my bill since I couldn't stay in my balcony room I paid for.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is kind of weird that it is in the middle of a very busy shopping center but it was an overall quiet and enjoyable stay. It is literally next to a riverwalk. As we enjoyed the hot tub we could hear live music from a restaurant down the way. The room was very clean and comfortable. Extra star for a ceiling fan! I run hot so AC and a ceiling fan are perfect. I never knew it was boiling outside. Breakfast was basic but good. The sausage gravy could have used more pepper and seasonings but those flaky cinnamon rolls were the bomb! We were only in town for a quick overnight but I'm pretty sure I'll be staycationing here again soon!

Great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool area was a perfect place to hang out in the heat with areas of shade available. Hot tub was not very hot. Great breakfast variety.

I absolutely love the location and recently got a room there just so I could spend a couple days in town center and enjoy the fine dining atmosphere with a girlfriend. We’re from there but live in Citrus Heights now . We went on a Monday, rates were fair and most places in town center do all day happy hour! Trivia at Brickyard just next door to the hotel was nice too! The gym was great! I’ll definitely plan another staycation soon.
