We booked with beachlife tours a 4-days escape to Maafushi island in the Maldives. Personally I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was not just the typical hotel with it's conventional functions and amenities. It was essentially an all around provider, from buffet breakfast to dinners, to excursions and water sports activities, night events at the beach, and beyond. So I loved this concept of approach to hospitality. Regarding some of the highlights, I really liked the politeness and hospitality of the hotel staff (in Greece we pride ourselves on this point, but it was nowhere compared to this... from beginning to end when 4 staff members were waiving good-bye while we left with the speedboat). Our room and its views were unreal (I actually got some nice shots, and I think I will print the balcony view into a large canvas to place it in our bedroom home). The excursions were unreal, personally I enjoyed the sharkbay halfday (got a drone shot with the sharks and pics with the stingrays), but also watersport activities adrenaline (jet ski & para sailing). We also had the swimming pool to ourselves in the afternoons, and the night events, (party and live music) were fantastic to end the day. Buffet breakfast and dinner were really awesome too, in terms of variety and taste. But overall, this white sand roads, the lights, the vibes and the fact that everyone was happy, created an incredible bubble around the hotel. This only to mention a few... This has been the best holidays of my life. Thank you beachlife tours and Brad!!
